Quotations are provided on the basis that they can be amended or withdrawn at any time due to haulage or exchange rate variations. Our prices include delivery, except for postcodes AB 30-56, IV, KW, PH 8-13, 15+, PO 30-41 for which we need to quote seperately. All orders will be provisional until payment has been made. Orders will be confirmed in writing once payment has cleared. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed as all tubs are made to order to your specific requirements. From confirmation of order, your hot tub and accessories will be delivered within 2-4 weeks. Delayed deliveries are extremely rare, but we cannot be held liable should a delay beyond our control occur. We will keep you informed at the earliest opportunity of any variation to the normal delivery lead time. All prices include VAT.
We reserve the right to amend or withdrawn pricing at any time due currency fluctuations. Please note a delivery surcharge may apply to remote postcodes, highlands and islands.
Payment can be made via debit card, credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Cheques need to clear prior to orders being confirmed with the manufacturer. Payment for tubs and accessories needs to be made with order. Installation charges will be requested a few days prior to installation occurring.
Specifications may change without notice to reflect product improvements
Unless you have agreed as part of the order confirmation for an installed service, all hot tubs and accessories will be delivered to you direct from the manufacturer. A delivery date will be agreed with you for an AM or PM slot, Monday to Friday. A re-delivery charge will be incurred if no one is available to receive the delivery. Due to the value of the goods, we request that you provide copy of the order or agreed identification to the delivery driver.
The delivery service is classed as kerbside and you need to consider access for a rigid heavy goods vehicle with tail-lift off-load.
The delivery driver is only expected to deliver the hot tub, which will be palletised, at the closest point of your property from the public road. You will require the assistance of friends or family to move your order to your chosen location.
Prior to accepting the order, please check for any visible signs of damage to the tub, packaging or accessories and only sign if you are happy everything looks to have been delivered intact. If any packaging or products are damaged, please sign for as received damaged.
If goods are delivered faulty or incorrect, you must advise us as soon as possible, and no more than 2 working days from the date of delivery. We have the right to examine, or request digital photos of any goods being the subject of any claim.
As all tubs are custom made to your order returns are not accepted. We can accept returns for standard accessories if they are in undamaged packaging. You would be liable for return carriage costs.
Kirami offer a 24 month warranty* on their hot tubs and heaters, subject to tubs being installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and periodic maintenance being followed.
You must ensure that the site is properly prepared and tubs are only located on a level, fully supported base.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage caused by users.

* The warranty period for tubs and heaters used in a commercial environment is 6 months.
If you have agreed for the tub to be installed by us, you must ensure that preparations and site access on the installation date are as agreed on your order, otherwise we may not be able to complete the installation of your tub. If this causes delays to installation or a re-visit to the site to complete installation, further installation charges will be made.
You are wholly liable for losses and damages that occur through improper use of the tub, heater and accessories. You are responsible for checking the tub, heater and accessories prior to each use and ensuring they are in a safe and fit state to use.
Young children and pets should always be fully supervised by an adult when near the tub. The tub and heater should be fully drained during the risk of freezing weather. It is your responsibility to ensure the tub is kept in a clean and hygienic manner with water changes and cleaning undertaken to ensure the safe use of the hot tub.
As with all fires, you are responsible for assessing the risk from sparks and smoke emitted from your heater chimney and ensuring that the tub and heater are sited in a safe and respectful location.
You agree that we are not to be held liable for any consequential loss arising from issues with the goods supplied.
